I am an experienced Personal Trainer (in my early 50s), a Nutrition Coach and a Weight Loss Specialist for the 'OVER 40s' (especially for women going through PERI/POST MENOPAUSE).

I can help you achieve the above goals, provide you with extra motivation and encouragement as well as advice and tips on how to incorporate the right type of exercise and healthy eating habits into your weekly routine.

PRICES

1 hr session = £53

Special offer:

5 x 1hr sessions = £240 (save £25!) = £48/session

10 x 1hr sessions = £450 (save 80!) = £45/session

Terms and conditions: full payment must be made at least 24hr in advance to confirm the session.  Changes/cancellations also require 24hr notice. Failure to cancel/change your booking within that timeframe will result in full charges.

5 sessions package  - valid for 3 months from the 1st session

10 sessions package - valid for 6 months from the 1st session 

You choose the location:

- indoor (your house, garage, office)

- outdoor (your garden, park)

- online via Zoom/Skype

- I also have access to a local gym/studio in Twickenham (extra charge)
