I am Ella, fully qualified Level 3 Sports Massage therapist and an experienced Fitness Instructor.
I have trained with HFE - www.hfe.co.uk/sports-massage - to identify key areas where tension has built up and where muscles have tightened. This tension may have built up from long hours behind a desk, stress, injury or from playing sport.
I will be able to release areas of tension and if also give advice on appropriate stretches and exercises to help prevent the problems reoccurring.
I have knowledge of a wide range of massage methods and being a fitness instructor, I am experienced in various stretching techniques which can be applied during and post massage to lengthen your muscles and/or speed up recovery.
I am a member of The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) and The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists.

Being a Fitness Instructor myself, experiencing numerous injuries and muscle strains over the years has led me to understand the benefits of regular sports massage. I understand the frustration incurred when your training program is interrupted due to an injury or feeling unwell.
My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals through positive and preventative massage, but my passion lies simply in improving the quality of your physical and mental wellbeing.
